Importing From Appointment Plus to Juvonno

Mary Jane -

Follow along to export from Appointment Plus software to Juvonno.

Exporting your Patients from AppointmentPlus

Click on the Reports Tab at the top of the page, then select the Customer Reports button on the side of the page.

Note – this report is only available to headquarters and location administration when enabled in Settings > Location Users > Call Center Users.

Next, format the customer report details. You will want to include as many fields as possible in the report so be sure to check off all fields included in the report.

Under the format options, be sure to select format as Excel. This will help when sorting and uploading data.

If the report is too large it may time out resulting in an error message ‘Internal Server Error’ when exporting a large report. Limit the date ranges of the report and make several exports if necessary.

Export with as much data as is relevant to your practice. If Juvonno doesn’t have a field that matches the export, the details can be added as a note on the patient profile.

Export your Appointments using the ‘Appointment Report’ located under the ‘Reports Tab’.

At times this export can seem slow because of the amount of data being extracted. If you are timed out be sure to break your appointments down by year or smaller date ranges. Export these files separately and be sure to use the same filters when exporting.

Be sure include both past and future appointments in the appointment export.

Filter the Booking Status of the appointments you would like to transfer. Be sure to include as many appointment details that will align with Juvonno’s import template.

Under the format options, be sure to select format as Excel. This will help when sorting and uploading data.

If the report is too large it may time out resulting in an error message ‘Internal Server Error’ when exporting a large report. Limit the date ranges of the report and make several exports if necessary. Use the ‘Save & Run Report’ to save all settings for the next export if you are exporting in batches.
