You are able to create a summary report for the patient based on their private appointments or on insurance invoicing.
Go to Reports>Invoicing>Patient Summary Invoice.
Select the Patient Name then select the search criteria.
If you have more than 1 location you are able to select by location. If the patient has a Clinic Default set in their profile the report will show that clinic name.
If the patient does not have a clinic default set on their profile the report will pull the address you entered under the Settings, General, System, Company page.
If you do not select a clinic location the report will pull the address you entered under the Settings, General, System, Company page.
If you want the payments to appear on the summary select the "Show Payments" check box.
