Appointment Email Reminders Section:
Select the time you would like the system to send patient appointment email reminders.
1. In order for this feature to work you must the the Go Webmail page set up under each Practitioners profile.
2. The Module must be enabled by going to Settings>General>System>Modules>Webmail - Enabled.
3. When the Practitioner sends & receives emails using the patients email address, the email will be stored under the patients profile in their Correspondence link. The patient must have a valid email address on their General page in order for the emails to be stored.
4. You can also access this feature by going to the Communications tab and select Email.
There is also an envelop icon in the top right corner of the Home page where you can access the Email feature.
Appointment Emails Section:
Patient Booking Notification & Reminder Message:
This is a "Notification". A notification is sent to the patient every time they book an appointment. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the Notification in the text area.
Accepted Appointment Request (Portal only):
Declined Appointment Request (Portal only):
The portal must be enabled. You can select to "Auto-Accept Portal Appointments" by going to Setting>General>System>Portal>Scheduling Section>Auto-Accept Portal Appointments. When set to Yes you will see a tab on your Schedule dashboard titled "Pending". This allows you to accept or decline an appointment". Enter text you want to appear at the bottom of these emails.
Invoicing Emails Section:
Patient Invoice Email: When a patient asks for an email copy of their invoice/receipt this is the email that accompanies the invoice. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the email.
Voided Invoice Section:
Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the email that is sent to recipients you entered on the Accounting tab, Voided Invoice field.
Patient Portal Confirmation (Portal only):
The portal must be enabled. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the patients Portal Confirmation email.
Patient Portal Invitation (Portal only)
The portal must be enabled. Enter custom text you want to appear at the bottom of the patients Portal Invitation. The portal invitation will stay valid for 3 days from date it is sent.
