- How to set up products & services
From the Settings tab:
- Products Departments 1st
- Product Categories 2nd (Set up categories according to insurance coverage eg. Massage, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy etc.).
- Products & Services (Set up Gift Cards with the prebuilt Gift Card Category)
- If product inventory will be tracked go to:
Settings>Clinics>Click the blue icon to the left of the clinic tracking inventory>Set the Track Inventory field to “Yes”>Save.
- Settings>Products & Services>Click the blue icon to the left of the item to track inventory>Select Track Inventory (bottom of the page)>Save. An inventory tab will appear within the item.
- Creating a Purchase Order and Receiving Inventory
Accounting>Purchase Orders>New Purchase Order.
- Settings>Accounts>Create Accounts.
- Settings>Vendors>Create Vendors.
- Accounting>New Invoice.
