NOTE: Your system insurance default must be set to 100% coverage.
When the patient has completed their appointment, click on the appointment block and select the "Preauth" option.
The system popup will show 100% of the total of the invoice. Close the popup.
Then select the Complete & Invoice option. You will receive a popup. Confirm to send 100% of the invoice to Telus.
Telus will respond immediately with the total amount covered by them. You will then be able to accept payment from the patient for the remainder owing that Telus does not cover.
