If you are a current user of the Telus E-Claims Portal follow these steps to contact Telus to obtain information you will enter in your Juvonno system in order to bill your patients third party insurance directly through Juvonno.
Contact the TELUS Service Desk via email at email@example.com to obtain the “Provider Spreadsheet for Software Vendor”. As requested by Telus, your request email must contain the following information:
Email Subject : Provider Spreadsheet for Software Vendor
Full name of the provider or Clinic
Email where the spreadsheet can be sent to.
Once you receive this information you are ready to enter it into your system.
