If you are an existing Telus user, please see the section on Existing Telus Users for details on how to obtain the information required in the following set up.
Telus will provide you with a Provider Sheet that gives you all the information you need to set up the clinic and Practitioners.
JOHNSON INSURANCE COMPANY: IF YOU SUBMIT CLAIMS TO JOHNSON DO NOT USE SYMBOLS IN YOUR CLINIC NAME THEIR SYSTEM WILL NOT READ THE & SIGN AND YOUR CLAIM WILL NOT BE TRANSMITTED.
1. Practitioner Types
Go to Settings>Practitioner Types. Upload Standard Types. These only need to be uploaded once into your sytem for future use.
2. Practitioner Profiles
Go to Settings>Practitioners. Open the Practitioner Profile. Click the Telus tab.
Fill in the fields below then Save.

The Username and Password must be correct for each Clinic. It will be setup with Telus depending on the way you are registered as an Organization or as an Individual.
NOTE: When submitting a claim, you are getting an error stating the password is incorrect, it maybe because Telus requires you to change your password from time to time. Make sure you log into the Telus portal directly in order to confirm the password and update it in the Practitioner profile.
Depending on how you are registered, under the "License Type" you will select Attached to Clinic or Individual.
Select the correct Practitioner Type field then Save.
NOTE: If a practitioner is at more than 1 location with a different username and password locate each clinic on the Practitioner Profile page, Telus tab and enter the correct details.
